About this tool
Merge PDF when a cover letter, a form, and a scan belong in one packet. Drag the rows until the order matches the story a reader should see. The combined file is built here from the pages you supplied. It does not retype them and it does not send them out to be stitched. The app warns above 150 MB instead of pretending a laptop is a server. A locked file has to be unlocked on this device first. The merger will not guess the password.
