1. Local device processing
Files you open are handled in this browser. They are not posted to an API and not written into site storage. Theme and the last compression strength can sit in a local database on this device. Settings can erase that database. This site does not load an analytics script, an advertising pixel, or a session recorder. There is no client-side measurement. Publishers can use Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and ordinary host or edge logs. Those logs do not include your PDF. Verification meta tags, when filled in, are tokens for those consoles and do not send the file. Every tool is free forever with no sign-up. When a public repository URL is set in brand settings, the footer and this page link to it as open source. The test that matters: after the app is on-device, disconnect and keep working.
Privacy stays on this device. The download is the copy you keep, and Weesize does not store a second one. Close the tab when you are finished and the bytes are gone.

- No upload: measurement does not add a script to the page.
- Speed: the file does not travel to a server and back, so the wait is only the work itself.
- Quality: the original is kept when the new file would be worse or is not actually smaller.

Does “Privacy” upload my file?
Privacy reads the file in this tab. There is no upload step and no account.
What will “Privacy” actually change?
At most, a host log sees that a page was requested. The PDF is not in that log, because it is not sent.
When is “Privacy” the wrong job?
Do not install an extension that audits a PDF by uploading it. That is a different product.
How do I check the result of “Privacy”?
Disconnect after load, compress a sample, and confirm the download still arrives.
Can I run “Privacy” with Wi-Fi off?
Load this page, then turn Wi-Fi off and run Privacy again. A finished result is the proof that the file was not sent anywhere.
