About this tool
Repair PDF reloads the file and saves it again, which rebuilds the cross-reference a reader uses to find objects. That fixes some files that open in one viewer and fail in another. It does not recover bytes that were never downloaded, and it does not decrypt a password. If the file cannot be read as a PDF at all, export it again from the program that created it. The attempt stays on this device.
Repair PDF stays on this device. The download is the copy you keep, and Weesize does not store a second one. Close the tab when you are finished and the bytes are gone.
